  • 介绍:ESI （Electrospray）是指：溶剂带着离子型或极性试样分子流过毛细管，在毛细管的出口处加一高压电场，在库仑力的作用下，试样分子在毛细管的出口处会发生喷雾，雾化成细小的带有电荷的雾滴，现在已成功地用于液相色谱质谱联用仪(LC/MS)以及毛细管电泳质谱联用仪(CE/MS)的接口和离子化装置。
